This is a competitive salaried position and is based in Miami. The Copywriter will report directly to the Vice President of Creative and Production.

Knowledge of the Hispanic market and culture, as well as the current web landscape and new interactive platforms are important to success in this position.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop creative concepts and copy to promote brands, products, content and initiatives
Campaigns will be developed across:
o On-air (TV and radio spots and in-show segments),
o Online (landing pages, website banners, fixed placements, videos, email, social media and widgets/gadgets)
o Mobile web (landing pages and banners)
Translations from English to Spanish (including press releases and media alerts)

Qualifications:
7 years + experience as a copywriter with a strong creative background in advertising and/or marketing promotions
4 year Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Writing, Creative Writing, Advertising or other related major
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong Spanish oral and written communication skills are required
Knowledge of the Hispanic and Hispanic-American culture
Adequate knowledge of, and interest in, online and mobile platforms and terminology
Strong Microsoft Office applications skills, specifically but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience in developing consumer marketing campaigns across all promotional mediums/platforms
Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative storylines and scripts in Spanish for on-air and online promotions
Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills – will work closely with other departments, primarily Content, Sales and Client Services
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver projects in a timely manner in accordance with deadlines
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment in a fun, teamwork-oriented company
Highly motivated and detail-oriented

I am looking for a very artsy approach to shooting the event. I DO NOT WANT IT TO LOOK YOUR TYPICAL VIDEO-GRAPHED EVENT. I am looking to take a very cinematic and artistic approach. We are going to edit it more so, in the shape and fashion of a music video. I would like the final video product to give you the feel as if you were flipping through a fashion magazine, with some serious vision. I am looking for somebody with a mean sense of fashion and vision, that can help me on the creative side in regards to the imagery we would like to capture on camera.
